Diploma from the Ecole nationale supérieure des beaux-arts in Paris, Corinne Laroche was born 1957 in Toulon, France and lives and works in Paris. Her works can be found among others in the collections of the Kupferstichkabinett Staatliche Museen zu Berlin and the Neuer Berliner Kunstverein.
In 2008, Corinne Laroche receives the price of the city of Saint-Ouen leading to the exhibition Motherland I at the Château de Saint-Ouen (2009). Among her solo exhibitions can be noted Des… accords parfaits at the Galerie Edouard Manet (2000), Traits versés at the Galerie du quai - École des beaux-arts Toulouse (2002). From that year on, she collaborates with fruehsorge contemporary drawings, Berlin where in 2010, she shows tour d’horizon, as well as participates in Anschlüssel London Berlin, which then travels to the Centre for Recent Drawing in London. In 2011 she is invited by the Galerie Bernard Jordan to Drawing Room in Zurich. In 2012 she shows Once upon a time… at Atelier Blanc in Villefranche de Rouergue and Correspondances with Martin Barré and James Brooks at the galerie laurent mueller. Lately she took place in various group exhibitions such as An Exchange with Sol LeWitt at Cabinet, New York and MASS MoCA, North Adams in 2011 and System und Sinnlichkeit at Kupferstichkabinett Staatliche Museen zu Berlin in 2013.
